Below are the five different types of brokerage services we provide.
We offer various options and are confident, you will find one to fit your needs.
When you have selected your package and entered your boat details on this page, print copies by pressing the print button.
Then click button marked "CLICK HERE NOW to........"
Post a copy of the printed contract signed by each owner or joint owner (print a copy for each owner plus one for the broker).
Back signed to the AYB Associated Yacht Brokers,
Then you shall have appointed your AYB Associated Yacht Broker.
If you only give verbal instructions, we can only act as introducers (see Terms above)
How it works:
- Select one of our five packages from below.
- Please fill out the "Instruction Form" below to complete the brokerage instruction process.
- Complete all the information requested on the form, including the upload of pictures. Then click to print the form(twice so you have a copy as well), then click to submit. Finally initial each printed page, sign wher indicated and then post to us.
- N.B. MOST Instructions to us online do NOT require any registration payment
- If you have selected a package which requires a registration fee, you will be asked to make that payment online immediately.
- Once your instruction has been confirmed, we will process your order immediately.
The Five Brokerage Packages
Package I Standard Sole Brokerage.
3% Commission
You pay no Registration fee
Any one may sell your vessel, You agree to keep us informed of any contacts, On completion of the sale we are paid 3% Commission. (If another broker has helped to sell the boat, we will have made a private agreement with that other broker to pay them a share of the commission for their work.)
This is probably the best way for most owners to sell their vessel.
You have the benefit of other brokers being able to help find buyers, but you only have to pay the fixed 3% commission.
Package II Two percent Sole Brokerage
2% commission
Just like the Standard Sole Brokerage above with two differences
A. You pay a £100 registration fee by Paypal , Credit Card, or Debit Card online when you submit the Brokerage Instruction Form
B. You pay not 3%, But just 2% commission on final sale. A good saving if you have a more expensive vessel.
C. Your vessel is a featured advert on at least one of the major sites we adviertise with
Package III ONE percent Sole Brokerage
1% commission
Just like the Standard Sole Brokerage above with two differences
A. You pay a £200 registration fee by Paypal , Credit Card, or Debit Card online when you submit the Brokerage Instruction Form
B. You pay not 3%, But just 1% commission on final sale. An excellent saving saving if you have an extremely expensive vessel.
C. Your vessel is a featured advert on at least one of the major sites we advertise with
D. Your vessel is featured on our own website
Package IV Open Brokerage.
4% Commission
You pay no Registration fee
Anyone may sell your vessel, if we sell your vessel we require just 4% commission.
If someone else (or you) find the buyer, you pay us nothing!
Package V 0% Open Brokerage. only for boats less than £5000
0% Commission
You simply pay £4 Registration fee
Anyone may sell your vessel, if we sell your vessel we require 0% commission,
if we, or someone else (or you) find the buyer, you pay us nothing!
You can choose your package and submit initial basic details in the form below..........When completed, please print and the form initial the first page and sign the second THEN click the submit button to electronically sign it and send to AYB.........
After that you will be taken to another form where you can (if you wish) add more details and PICTURES of your yacht.
